ACCOMMODATION
IN ST. PETERSBURG APARTMENTS
There are no additional 'hidden' costs on top
of the rental rates. We believe that it is best for our clients
to know what to expect up front. Telephone calls into St
Petersburg are free of charge. Some apartments will have a surcharge
for additional roll-a-way beds and cots. We will let you know
of any additional charges before payment is required.
Our Saint Petersburg apartments have fully equipped kitchens
and bathrooms. All of the kitchens have electric/gas stove tops,
refrigerators, and other appliances. Naturally, there is also
an assortment of pots and pans as well as kitchen utensils.
Linens and towels are provided of course. All of our Russian
apartments have beds with sheets and pillow cases and
also a sleeper sofa with sheets and pillow cases and sufficient
blankets. All bathrooms come with ample towels for the number
of people staying in the apartment. All apartments have a TV,
iron, and everything else you will need.
All of our St. Petersburg apartments are centrally located.
We have selected the apartments according
to their accessibility in order to take advantage of the amenities
in the city. They are all located in near the center of the
Saint Petersburg in upscale areas near tourist attractions and
business centres.

There are many cafes, restaurants, and stores in the vicinity
of all apartments. Most apartments have nearby supermarkets
or little family-run stores where you can purchase food or other
household items that you may need during your stay.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reservations:
Usually, we do request some information
about you for the contract. We may ask you to make a deposit
to secure the reservation. The full cost for the
rental period must be paid in cash (USD or Euros) at the beginning
of the rental. You must pay directly to us for your rental apartment
after arriving at the apartment.
Prices quoted for short term accommodation include linen and
towels etc for the stay. You may order cleaning of the apartment and linen
and towels replacement for a small
additional charge ($10-15).
Arrivals/Departures:
Our Saint Petersburg
apartments are available from 2:00 PM on the date of your arrival
to 12.00 PM on the date of departure. You may, however, request
any other suitable times subject to availability.
Also, we would like to offer to you our transfer services from
the airport to your apartment in Saint Petersburg. The cost
is US$ 35 one way. Please send us your flight details and we
will meet you with a car and driver. The transfer service from
the train station would be US$20.
